When you use the form, we may receive your name, email address, reason for contacting us and any information you choose to include in your message.

The system may temporarily process technical data needed to protect the form against misuse. Linkiu does not use this information to create commercial profiles.

We use these details solely to manage and answer your enquiry, provide information about Linkiu plans, assess a tailored solution or deal with a support request.

Form details will not be used for marketing communications unless we ask for separate permission first.

Our legal basis

When you ask for commercial information or a proposal, processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For general enquiries, support and form security, the controller’s legitimate interests or performance of an existing contract may apply.

How long do we keep it?

We retain the enquiry for as long as needed to answer it and follow it up. It will then be deleted or restricted for any period required to meet possible legal obligations.
